Meet Annie
Annie grew up vacationing in Sun Valley, fell in love with the area, and moved after graduating from the University of Oregon. 28 years later, she continues to share her love of Sun Valley. Skiing and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle have turned into a family affair. She and her husband of 26 years, President of Northstream Construction, raised two daughters, Libby and Marit. Having grown up in Seattle, Washington, Annie can still recall her life-changing decision to leave the Pacific Northwest and move to the mountains.
She understands the experience of relocating, and for the past 22 years, she has used her professional skills to help clients find the right property and make a move to Sun Valley a smooth transition. Her experience runs deep in marketing her listings and identifying properties for her customers. Being a veteran of the Wood River Valley, Annie has a wealth of knowledge regarding the area schools, arts, and programs offered by organizations such as the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation and in activities such as skiing, mountain biking & hiking. Having lived in the Bellevue triangle, Bellevue, Hailey, and Ketchum give her a first-hand perspective of the entire valley. Meet Brad
Brad has been a resident of Sun Valley, Idaho for 33 years and has been a full time broker for the last 29 years. He has consistently been one of the area’s top producing brokers, a successful real estate developer, he has served on the City of Sun Valley City Council for 6 years and is a Board member of the Sun Valley Economic Development organization. He graduated from Miami of Ohio in Oxford, Ohio with B.S. degrees in Finance and Economics.
Brad and his wife Cyndi were drawn to the area over three decades ago for the recreational opportunities. Brad is an avid angler, nordic and alpine skier, and cyclist (mountain and road). And yes, he has been known to compete in Ironman races. He also enjoys time on the golf course and tennis court.
